If you want to return your jewelry, you will receive store credit that allows you to choose another item from our collection or receive a gift card. Only silver jewelry without gemstones can be returned within 14 days and must meet our return conditions. You can find these conditions on this page under "What are the return conditions?" Please read the return conditions before placing an order.
Send an email to heycindysonne@gmail.com with your request, and we will advise you on how to proceed. We are happy to offer you the option to exchange a silver item for store credit or a replacement item from www.cindysonne.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery. It is not possible to return gold or gold vermeil products or jewelry containing gemstones. The item must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging to process the return. Items purchased during our annual sale are considered discounted items and are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or return. Engraved items are not eligible for exchange or return. We cannot accept returns for custom-made jewelry and solid gold pieces.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the item’s delivery date, and the return sender is responsible for any additional shipping and customs costs. We strongly recommend sending your order back via registered mail. After these 14 days, we can no longer accept items for return. Please note: we are not liable for loss or damage during the shipping of returned goods. We cannot refund international customs duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international customs duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office. CindySonneJewelry only covers the shipping costs incurred when returning the product if the return is due to an error on our part. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address during checkout on www.cindysonne.com. If the address is incorrect due to a customer error and the package is returned to CindySonneJewelry, the additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Repairs
We repair or replace defective items free of charge within 3 months of purchase. Please contact heycindysonne@gmail.com and include your name, order number, and a photo of the damage in the email. If the item has been damaged by the customer, there will be charges for this service. Contact heycindysonne@gmail.com, and we will provide a quote for the repair costs. We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable repairs.
Gold-Plated Jewelry
If you have a gold-plated item that needs repair or replating, please email heycindysonne@gmail.com, and we will explain how to proceed and provide you with a quote for the repair or replating costs.
• Silver and gold-plated jewelry is shipped with PostNL within 2 business days.
• Jewelry that contains gemstones or is made entirely of 14k gold is shipped within 10 business days.
In particular, 14k gold vermeil necklaces and earrings can last for years. The gold layer is 100 times thicker than that of gold-plated jewelry. Please note that the gold layer on rings may wear off more quickly with intensive use. That’s why we offer a replating service.
